The extension is smooth and soft. It is only hard at the tip. The bullet for the bunny is powerful but not to what I am looking for.
It is also great for smaller and thinner penises like a 4". My husband could barely fit it over his without stretching it out to the point of breaking. (Forgot to read the measurements silly me!)
Lots of lube was uses and some stretching but it is a tight fit where you really do not have to worry about it going anywhere.
